Anul 2007 va fi un an plin de albume noi. Poate cel mai asteptat album din istorie, Chinese Democracy a celor de la Guns N' Roses are o tentativa de lansare in Martie 6. Tot in martie, cei de Velvet Revolver vor lansa al doilea lor album, cu titlul de Libertad. La sfarsitul acestei primaveri Bon Jovi lanseaza Lost Highways. Iar in vara acestui an, Metallica lanseaza noul lor album, primul cu noul lor basist (de 4 ani), Robert Trujillo. Albumul inca nu are un titlu. Va fi razboi, va zic eu. LE: Dupa spusele lui Slash, "Libertad" va fi lansat abia in Mai 2007. Scorpions si The Smashing Pumpkins sunt in studio si ne-au promis un album nou pt aceasta primavara sau cel tarziu vara. Libertad-ul celor de la VR apare la vara. Noul album Pumpkins apare in iulie 7 (se numeste "Zeitgeist"); noul album Scorpions apare pe mai 14, si se numeste "Humanity - Hour 1".
