hmm..  "never ever" a avut mare succes..asta a fost inaintea lui "under the bridge"...si oricum, coveru e extra misto si videoclipul.. nu inteleg dc sa condami un cover atata timp cat e bine facut... that means that all saints are looking up to the rhcp ..nu e cv rau in asta |

Nu am nimic cu coverurile atata timp cat sunt facute de ex. pt B-sideuri, de cantat in concerte. Dar nu asa cum au facut sfantele astea, iei o piesa ft cunoscuta, o editezi un pic, ii faci un alt videoclip si il lansezi. Si esti celebru pe munca altuia. Sunt niste profitoare, asta au facut, au profitat de succesul pe care Under The Bridge l-a avut si l-au lansat si ele, ca poate mai susține la public, mai ales la cei care nu asculta rock. Crede-ma ca acesta a fost motivul, nu ca "they're looking up to the Peppers". Daca asa ar fi fost nu ar fi lansat piesa ca un single and shit. Si sa recunoastem, All Saints nu este nimic mai mult decat o alta trupa de fete, care probabil nu au cantat niciodata live.

all saints isi facusera deja o imagine cand a aparut coverul dupa under the bridge (care e mai mult decat decent btw). under the bridge a fost al treila single al lor care a urcat in charturi si videoclipul chiar e super fain! si nu vad de ce trambitezi atata impotriva muzicii comerciale avand in vedere cum au ajuns peppers acuma.

Eu nu trambitez. Compari Red Hot Chili Peppers cu all saints? Daca nu ar fi fost Under The Bridge nu am fi avut aceasta disputa. Cum au ajuns Peppers acum? Cea mai mare trupa din lume! Bravo lor! Au meritat. Merita fanii, banii, tot! Au o cariera de 24 de ani. Iar all saints mereu vor fi cunoscute drept acele fete britanice, trupa (inca una) care a facut un cover dupa under the bridge. Voi credeti ca ele isi fac singure piesele?
Am incheiat discutia despre all saints! Postati ceea ce ar necesită sa fie postat pe acest thread!

Nu compar Peppersii cu All Saints. Daca ma intrebi pe mine care e cea mai mare trupa din lume o sa zis U2 - pentru ca sunt subiectiva. Nu despre asta e vorba. Nu cred in termenul de "cea mai mare trupa din lume". Mie Peppersii mi se par o trupa mare care s-a comercializat. E drept ca pe unii ii bucura nespus trebea asta, dar privind retrospectiv la cum erau pana la OHM nu mi se pare deloc o evolutie. De la Californication incoace sunt o alta formatie, si faima pe care o au in momentul de fata se datoreaza ultimilor 7 ani, nu celor 25 de ani de cariera. Majoritatea celor care umplu acum stadionele la concertele lor nici macar nu se intereseaza de cum erau inainte de Californication.
